Default How do I know my tropheus holding ?

Hi, I'm still new for Tropheus.
Please give me some advice and information.
Because right now I have 3 tank for Tropheus.
Where each tank is 65 Gal.
The first tank, I have around 12 Ilangi + 1 Red Rainbow. Where in this tank have 2 male and the rest is female included the red rainbow.
The second tank, I have 11 Tropheus Canary Cheek, where in this tank have 2 male and 9 female,
And my last tank, I have 5 Golden Kazumba + 2 Green Wongwe + 1 Ikola.

I just wondering how do I know if my tropheus is holding ?
Because I saw in my Ilangi tank and in my Canary Cheek, have some female always close her mouth even they breath. And she always eat less then the other.
Is that with that condition mean she in holding the fry inside the mouth ?
That has been around 2 week until now, so what I should do ?
Just leave her like that or I should strip the fry out ?
Because I never done before with strip the fry out, and I not sure if the female is holding.

Thanks for your help and information also advice..

You can tell if your fish is holding by looking at her throat area . Usually that area will be bulging and or "poofed out" . It will look as though the fish might have a mouth full of food . She will not eat in the beginning and you will probably see her move her mouth around every few minutes . The moving of the mouth is the females way of tumbling the eggs . If should be rather easy to tell if you have a female holding because she will look rather odd in the face and throat area . If you haven't stripped a fish before ......then I would suggest that you let them spit the fry in the tank .

Btw....I would seriously consider rehoming that lone Red Rainbow female due to the fact that she will probably try to breed with one of the Ilangi males .
