Hi All

I have this Tropheus type and I have had the group for around 6 years. I have never seen it in the trade here in Denmark. Is there anyone of you who has it or seen it?

to me it looks more like a brichardy type rather than sp. black.

Hmm, there's a variant called Muzimu Green but not sure if this is the one on your pics. I always thought that it's the same like the Ubwari Green. But i've seen Ubwari's and they look different than yours.

Hi,

I have no idea what they are but they look good

Strange that the sites that have pics like yours are all DK, other countries seem to have a different pic for Muzimu that has several yellow blotches/stripes< The pics I have found of Mizumu Green that Gernot refers to looks different to your fish.

Wouldn't it be nice if the variants had T numbers

The extreme underslung mouth supports Elund's assumption that this is a Brichardi.

Hi

All the other pictures of muzimu I have found on the www looks different than this one I have.
The only thing I know is that they are caught in Congo but where I donīt know.

When I got this group there where 1,2 og tropheus sp. black "Banza" I have seen the Banza called sp. black Mboko. So I think that they are caught in the same area.

The group of Muzimo is on 55 wc pcs.

Regards Kasper

Could also be one of the variants north of Kiriza. But by the mouth it still looks like a Brichardi to me.
