I just got my first one with a Super nice 75g in near mint condition with black trim and silicone with a 250w heater for $110.. I'm excite to use it.

Nah, if the supplied FX5/6 defusing output nozzle is used it would be great! but what I do it pull that off and put 1x 3/4 nylon elbow on the end of hose and that sucker really gets the water moving around the tank!

I have found that sponges on the end of power head in a moderately stocked tank really fill up quickly.

I think that an AC110 with a PVC Tee on the end, about 5" of 3/4 PVC with hold drilled all around it and the slapping a coarse Hydro Sponge 5 on each end would really do well too!
