I am looking for a group of Famula and have a few variants in mind. Chimba, Ikola and Kambwimba are the collection points I like so far.

Show me what you have :odd043:. I like the fact that Famula stay smaller and are a bit less aggressive, supposedly.

Thanks,

Rob

I have 35 petro famula chimbas "blue fins."

Neat fish. A lot like tropheus compared to other petros.

I'll try to take some pictures and post them for you later on this week.

Famulas are not the most colorful but when breeding or showing off their color is very intense.

Check out the bangwe famula that alison has at cichlids and herps. They're a red fin varient and are extremely nice. I have 11 myself. Nice fish for sure!

Show me baby, show me. I want pics from folks that show honest pics of the fish, not the best pic possible.

Thanks

Here you go. 2 crappy iphone pics!!!

Same fish in both shots. Was hard to get a good shot with the fins extended. So you get one decent pic and one not so decent pic with the dorsal fin flared

I also have the Red Fin Famula (Bangwe) and yes mine also came from Alison (A great person to buy fish from)..
I have 4 WC trios... They have spawned for me about 6 times .....
IMO I have found that the Red Fins are a nice mellow Famula.... Unlike my Blue Fins....
