Default Blue lips?!

Ok what the heck is up with this mpulungu? Over night has developed blue lips! Is this normal?

Fighting for sure. Every time I notice lip locking they get the injured lips that for some reason is the color blue. I used to think it was cute, now I think it's ugly lol. They are deffinitly young for it though, usually it's my adults and a few times my mid size guys but I haven't seen it on fry yet. You got some mean little suckers lol!
