Eating like pigs and growing like weeds!!

Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Hey Gang!

Thought I would also add a couple videos that I shot a while ago. Just havent had time to post them. Make sure to watch them in HD!

This first vid was from about 9 months ago. I just thought it was neat. Its right after a water change and the males were so pumped up, they started fighting.

Next up is one of my fry tanks from a couple weeks ago. These are F1 fry off of the above adult colony.

As you can see, they are super vigorous fry.

Anyway, just thought I'd share. Hope you like the vids!

John

Hey there,

The video that showed thier bands developing was a video of some fry I'v held back for myself. They are about 2.5in. Thats a different video.

The fry I sell are normally between 1 and 1.5" at the time I ship them.

Hey, thanks a lot!

Out of 38 degree weather and into 95 degree weather...almost a 60 degree heat swing! Woot woot!

But that box was set up to go to Mars if need be...and those heat packs were the ticket! I'm pretty proud of that shipment

Be sure to post pics as they change.

John

Hey TroPhish, I'm happy to hear how well this shipment went. It takes some ingenuity to ship fish from a cold climate to a hot climate and keep things right on the water temperature while they travel. You did it!
You also did a superior job of packaging on the fish you shipped to me. When they arrived, I checked the water temperature in the bag and it was 78 degrees. What more could the fish and I ask for! You do a great job! The fish in my shipment looked like they were just removed from your tank!
I commented here to commend your abilities on packaging and shipping fish. I hope you don't mind me doing so. I felt that I had to, so other people would be aware of it.

Hey Paul, on the Arizona shipment, thanks for the great ideas. I believe those heat packs you suggested made all the difference. We don't do this alone!

And thanks for the kind words on your fish I shipped to you. I must admit, I'm very proud of that one too. A 2 day, priority mail shipment, and to show up at 78 degrees....60 hours later! Zero DOA. Wow!

Btw, The Gold Head compressiceps that you sent me are doing great! I'll just repeat your words about my packing job in regards to the job you did on those. Top shelf.

Once again, thanks for sharing your ideas with me and adding to my experience!

And if anyone is looking for gold Head Comp fry, Paul (pkut) is your man...if hes not already out!

-John
