I wondered if anyone knew the steps needed before perminent setup in regards to the Polish on the inside of the tank. Does it just need to be rinsed off. Should I fill the tank up and then empty it and that's good enough?

Any help through experince would be greatful!

No experience in such, but a good wash with washing up liquid, rinse and then soak for about 24hrs, should ease any worries.

Most of the novus gets removed when you buff it out. I just rinsed mine briefly, drained it, and set it up. No problems

I ran active carbon for a week after rinsing the aquarium well. Overkill…probably.

Question for you. How did the Novus work for you. My 125 tank needs some work?
