Default Homemade food questions

Hey guys, I have been making my own food for about 1 1/2 years now for my frontosa. I was curious to your thoughts on if I could feed this same food to my tropheus.

Here is a list of ingredients.

Kale
Peas
Parsley
Carrot
Spinach
Garlic
Spirulina Powder
Whitting fish
Squid

Agar agar was used as a bonding agent instead of gelatin.

I'm not exactly sure on how much protein to veggies I have because I made a good 40-50 lbs of this food. but my guess would be 65% veggies to 35% protein.

Being that I have never kept trophs and everything I have read does not seem to point to one solid answer I am unsure of how much protien these guys can handle. Are they pure herbivores or? Any input will be appreciated guys.. Thanks

I would be tempted to say that IF that is an accurate guaranteed analysis then it might be okay. But I would also have to wonder what the fat content and fiber is as well. You would have to VERY Slowly incorporate it into their diet and go from there for sure.

I don't feed home made so you might want to wait for someone a bit more certified in this subject. There are numerous that are.

I would keep the ratio of veggies to protein to about 5:1 for tropheus. When I make mine I use gulf shrimp and it's about that ratio. Works fine.
