Default Finally making the jump!

So been on here alot throught the past 5 years and i am officially going to be making the jump soon, next few months. I know that it would be odeal to keep trophs in a 65 at least hut is it doable in a 55? I have a free 55 right now and i also have a 75 but that tank is stocked with my blue lip colony. There always the possiblity of me getting another 75 and i can double up tanka but that will take alot longer.

What size Tropheus are you getting? Depending on how many and at what size you plan on getting them will determine if the 55 will work...I usually grow my fry in my 55 and then move them to my biggest possible tank...Here in Houston, I have seen many 55 gallons crammed full of adult Tropheus that are healthy, active and breeding like crazy...Best of luck in whatever you decide to get..:

Can't go wrong with either of those variants...I just recently got some Duboisi Helembe from Troyale that are super high quality...Check him out if you decide to take that route...

Both will work, get at least 30 Tropheus if you can. You'll be a lot happier. And congrats!
