thats what I hear, and is one of the big reasons i decide to go cherry spot, both are from breeders that have to ship to me, so i cant see them in person, pics have been sent, but both kinda crappy lol. alot different seeing them in real life as oppsoed to a pic that is poopy. those cherrys are sexy to in that pic, when i first logged on and saw you posted another pic, before i tuned in to what the pic actually was, i was all "damn you quit showing me pics of fish i am drooling over that you dont have any more and there fore i cant get lol!!!!

Keep in mind, they take a while before reaching maturity so all this nice colors isnt over night. Just saying.

i had the same dilemma so i bought both. I like the pembas more & sold the bulus. The pembas have more colour on them which i why i favour them.

Bemba or Bulus, this is a matter of personnal taste.

However, I personnaly agrees with Gernot saying that Bulu seems to have deepeer and regular colors.

Unless you have an hyper selected group of the best quality, Bemba will be nice but this is more liekly that 2-3 dominants will show great colors while other's bodies will turn grey instead of black.

And as comparism a group of WC Bulu Point. Thos are not mine, i took the pic last year when i visited an importer. I never kept Bulu Point but from what i saw i got the impression that they are more consistent in colour than Bembas.

Can't go wrong either way! My first tropheus group was bemba which I miss a lot, but I now have a group of F1 Cherry spots that are starting to color up nicely...
