Great collection of fishes!

I love the live plants. I just added a big bush of thin leave java ferns to my tank and the frys are loving it!

By the way, what type of lights do you have on your tank?

How long have you had the plants in there?

How is the growth rate of the plants?

The plants are in the aquarium since the begining with some malawi. The aquarium is more than an year old now.

The plants are fine even in sand and the growth rate is quite normal I think (at least I have nothing that indicates otherwise).

The bulbs are 80W T5 - 3 x 10000K and 1 x actinic (the Extrareef from Hailea)
