Polli are awesome. I love my group. I have around 36 of them. and they breed really well for me. just a nice looking troph. They are probably my favs

I always encourage everyone to start a progress thread for their new Tropheus. It's informative for others and [neato] to watch!

I think the livua are kinda the exception. I dont consider 8 to be to small. I also wait a little on them. when i strip. To make sure they are fertilized well. I have so many tanks and fish its hard to keep track on who has been holding for how long.

Im sure if i stripped early i would get more.

Just curious as my buddy has a group that seems to produce small batches and was wondering if that was a species specific deal or not. He does not strip either, so it may be impractical to compare with someone who does. Thanks!
