Default Tropheus sp. black mboka

Pretty excited to get some Tropheus sp. black mboka fry, this is going to help me increase the size of my group! They are attacking freshly hatched baby brine.

Yeah, I hadn't seen anything about Mboka in a long time.

Then, all of a sudden, I saw Little Africa Aquatics had them on their fry list.

And I had a little wow moment....

Now you go and post a video of Mboka...And once again. a little wow moment has been had.

Pretty uncommon troph... Glad to see people keeping the variant.

Thanks to the reflection off the bottom of the tank it looks like I have twice as many as their are! lol

Think there is 12, they were spit in the tank and were living in a castle. Gary was going to leave them in, but I insisted he take them out and get a little size on them and then I will throw them back in with the main group at a later date.

When they are growing up they resemble kiriza, infact I thought maybe they were kiriza for a long time, but now they are mature, you can easily tell the difference between them and the kiriza.

Cichlid Power!
