Default ELos 120p re: L046 AKA Hypancistrus Zebra

This is my main breeding project at the moment.

And a little bit of info for those tropheus lovers that don't know about these plecos.

"Construction on the Belo Monte Dam complex appears to be progressing swiftly, despite legal challenges and the protests of indigenous tribes whose lands and livelihoods are threatened."

Lol, I'm surprise you didn't ask me what type of tank an Elos 120p is and what are those rocks.

1) ceramic

2) signs of breeding but no eggs.

Those zebras are beautiful!

A whole different ballgame, Major leagues, lol.

How long have you had them ? How many in the tank? I'm "definitely" getting them in the future.

Nice setup!

Thanks!

I had 15. I sold 3 smaller males.

I have a total of 12 now.

I've has them for 1.8 years. They should all be 5+ years old.

Yeah, I have seen an increase in fighting and males attempting to trap females in the caves.

Guess the females just arn't ready.

lol, believe it or not....that tank/sand and the stones might be rarer than those fish.

I would sell the fish before the tank and rocks.

The stones in the pic, is that the one Amano uses on his setups or they come from somewhere else.... Takashi Amano is very inspiring, his setups are amazing! Is it any of these below ? ..

- Fujishi
- Sieryruski
- Mantenseki

I know those japan imports can be expensive. What type of sand is that ?
