Man...No Joke. That is how I would set them up. All filters and flow. I would add one or two flower pots, feed them really well and do big water changes. That's it.
Iv heard that in southern cali, the tap water is about perfect for trophs. If that's so and you don't have to do anything to it...just go nuts with your water changes.

They look like they are fat and ready to breed. And very active and healthy looking.

Let me know when you have fry...cause you will soon!

Yes Sir. I do love to set up simple just bunch of filters in that 75g tank and good water circulation. They're are really fat and always begging for food every time I pass by. I'm still giving them food soak with metro just to be on a safe side but Greg treated them already before handing out to me..I'll be moving them in a couple of days in a bigger tank which I would put a couple of pots for breeding. Surely I'll let you know if they already have frys hopefully soon. BTW I saw your post on your Ikola group. They're breeding like crazy..congrats..
