Default Set up New tank

Hi everyone,
I am new here and I have a 55g tank that I want to put 15 to 20 tropheus. Variant not decided yet. I want to make sure the water conditon is right for the fish first then I will buy the fish. The following is my water condition:
PH 7.6
Water hardness 70 ppm (according the test kit it is soft water).

I know that I need to incrrease the PH and increase the water hardness
What should I add to the water to correct it? As I browse through the Forum, I know Baking soda, epsom salt and other buffer have their benificial to the fish. How much should I add to the tank for Baking soda and epsom salt. Thank you for your help.

Just to make sure you use High range PH tester to test your PH.
