Here are some pics of F1 Ikola and Moops (Mpulungu) that I received from Mike (electriceelcat) yesterday. I bought 20 of each, and there's not one under 2". They look great and are starting to color up. I kept them covered for the first 24 hours. I haven't fed them yet, but they look like they are ready. Sorry for the poor quality pics. I'll try to post some better ones later. BTW, Mike met me in my own town on his way to somewhere else. I'll definately be getting more fish from him in the future!

I bought some F1 red rainbows from electriceelcat six months ago and they are already starting to spawn.

Your fish looks great, but I wondering...your tank is a reef tank or a planted aquarium? ...because the hardscape look improper for a tanganyika tank (coral, plants)...

+1 Please take it as constructive criticism, a little to loud for trophs imo, seems like most of us here like to keep things close to what you might find in Lake Tanganyika, bare, just rocks and sand is all you need. That way the Trophs just POP out at ya.

I wasn't expecting to get the trophs as soon as I did so I used what I had. I bought a used tank and the lady had tons of coral. It will be getting changed soon, just figured I'd give them somewhere to hide until I do.
