I havent got any proof yet of it helping, but i have a pot in all of my tanks and All of my fish breed on a very regular basis

They are awesome, i really really like them, vibrant colors and very healthy! I have atleast 3 females holding that i can tell, possibly more! You wont regret your purchase!
