Default African Gold Aquatics will nolonger be a sponsor of Trophs.com.

Here at trophs.com we hold ourselves to the highest standards and we believe in protecting our members first and foremost, as it is you who run the site and are responsible for our success. When adding sponsors we are picky and put them through a screening. I like to think I am a good judge of people and can feel someone out by talking to them, but im not perfect. Sometimes things just donít fit for whatever reason. At this time we have decided to not renew African Gold Aquatics sponsorship which was up for review in July. Many of you know me and some know the dark side to this hobby that I try to avoid at all cost. I am not about the drama, just the fish please. I am not out to smear AGAs name and have no desire to speculate on AGA. It is simply a choice that I have made after long consideration that I fell is the best for Trophs.com.

Thanks for looking out for the community and this Site!

I'm sure I can speak for at least a few of us saying that it's big part of our lives.

Just a reminder I tried to distance myself from this guy the right way and with class, but he wont allow that, he cares nothing of this hobby or the people, he is money driven and a fool and his money are soon seperated. Sometimes to take out the trash you gotta get alittle dirty.

GREAT CHOICE!! I just finished contacting paypal and then my credit card company to get a refund of over $1100 Dollars from that scum bag Turon at african gold. He made me prepay then conveniently kept dragging out the shipping until it was past the 45 day limit on paypal. Once I asked for a refund he stopped responding. Luckily I had payed with my cc through paypal and my cc company refunded my money no problems. Paypal also said they will not guarantee any transactions involving live animals so the lesson is always use a cc to pay so you have some added security and most importantly NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM TURON WITH AFRICAN GOLD AQUATICS.

Default Another one bites the dust

Well, I'm finally giving up. After lots of run around, endless texts and attempted phone calls, you can rack another victim up to Turon the Terrible. I was supposed to get quite a few fish. A dozen Red Cheeks, 15 Duboisi Maswa and 15 Trewavasae. (More than $1k in fish)

TroPhish told me it would happen. I believed him, but was really hoping to get my fish. The latest excuse coming from him was that he was headed to Africa. I thought...ok, he will ship my fish after he gets back. No big deal. He told me he was leaving on October 3rd and was going to be gone for 10 days. I thought perfect, I will have my fish by mid-October. Well, I have sent him a text message and called him everyday. Guess what....crickets.

I don't want to re-hash the whole saga, but I thought it should be known that Turon the Terrible has once again gotten someone else.

Now I need to figure out what to do next. Anyone want to jump into a class action suit with this lowlife?
