Default Wild caught

Hi,
Advice on which is harder to acclimate to a tank. Since I have no experience with wild caught am looking for others that can help me.
Are wild caught introduced differently to the tank than F1? Is it a good idea to medicate them immediately upon arrival?
I am not a believer in medication if no sign of illness but, don't know if that is smart in the case of wild caught trophs.
I would appreciate feedback from members here.
Thank you,
Cricket

Wild Caught will be the harder to acclimate due to the fact that they are...just that..."Wild Caught". "Wild Caught" meaning that they are straight from the lake in Africa . F1 will be tank born and raised so they will not need any acclimating at all because the tank is all they know as oppose to the Wild Caught who know nothing of the aquarium ...Pelletized food...and flakes .
