My trophs love them...there are pros and cons to any food. With this one, there is wild caught Salmon with the spirulina and kelp. That is good since most fish foods use farm raised Salmon, which has more contaminants. The fat from the salmon has caused many troph groups to begin breeding when they hadn't before. The downside is that this food uses more wheat than some other foods, as evidenced by my troph groups pooping alot more when i feed this exclusively. So...I feed it in a pellet mix, equal parts NLS Algae Max, NLS Cichlid Formula, and Omega One Kelp Pellets.

Yup, that's all I use (and my shrimp mix). The Omega One Super Color Veggie Kelp Pellets, they go nutz over the stuff.

Those are my favorite all my tanks go wild over them. When I feed my catfish in my wild frontosa tank my frontosa even eat those small pellets.
