Very good number. I'm sure is fun to watch  . I think in the future to feed gold kriza... How much is your tank volume?

Hi,

some are "Kiriza" and the other "Kiriza yellow". "Kiriza yellow" is a mutation.

greetings Holger

Neither mutation or hybrid. They are line bred to achieve the overall yellow color. This is how the many color variations of discus are created. If you want all yellow, you breed 2 that have the widest yellow band, and so on. Eventually you get an all yellow fish. I first thought why use the Kiriza instead of the Ikola which has a wider band to start, but my thought is that you would not be able to get the dorsal fin of the Ikola all yellow because the yellow band does not extend into the dorsal like the Kiriza.

They are very nice. Have they bred? Do all of the fry come out yellow or is there a mixture of "normal" and all yellow?
